Since 1940, the Paris American Club has brought together citizens of France, America, and other nations who share a passion for France and an interest in fostering the centuries-old Franco-American friendship. To ensure that this worthy purpose is fulfilled well into the future, please consider making a planned gift to the Club today.

There are several ways in which you can create a personal legacy, have a meaningful impact on the mission of the Club, and ensure the organization’s long-term vitality. Some options include:

• Leave a Bequest in Your Will

A bequest in your will is a simple way to remember the Paris American Club during your estate planning. You can designate a set amount or percentage of your estate.

• Name the Club as a Beneficiary

You may choose to name the Paris American Club as a beneficiary of your donor advised fund, retirement plan, IRA, life insurance policy, or investment account. You can designate a percentage of your account as well as primary or secondary beneficiary status. Simply complete the designation form provided by your plan administrator or banking institution.

Please note that the Paris American Club is a New York State registered 501(c)(7) social club. As such, a donation to a 501(c)(7) is not tax-deductible, however, an individual may make a bequest to a 501(c)(7) and potentially benefit from a reduction in estate value, which may thereby reduce taxes. Please also note that the Club does not provide tax advice and always recommends speaking with an estate planner or tax professional regarding considerations related to your specific situation.
